How many times have you been trying to improve your life?
How many times have you failed thinking that change is nearly impossible?
How many times the patterns of the same behaviour made you feel that yet again you are back to square one?
Have you experienced any of the following?
Reoccurring problems in relationships with people, anxiety, negative thoughts, worries, anger, low confidence, difficulty expressing feelings, low level of assertiveness, perfectionism, jealousy, addictions, low motivation, guilt, shame and/or embarrassment.
Yes... me too...
And I am proud of these experiences no matter how difficult there are or were because they make me feel like a human being! Yes, life isnt always about feeling great and happy. There are difficult situations that will make you feel sad, depressed, anxious and you name it. Life is not about avoiding negative feelings, its about facing them and getting through!
Yes, you can learn how to manage them and how to cope when crisis comes. And it is hard work! But it feels incredibly good to be able to say "I moved on, I changed and I can be free". The truth is that pain and disappointment will go back sooner or later, and this is life! But think! How would it make you feel to know the best way to manage it and not to get overwhelmed by it?
Everyday most of us search for an improvement, but we have only one life, so we better make sure it is good, the best we can make it of ourself!
Everyday is a new beginning.
