Body Scan - Breathing Relaxation

Stress usually has a negative impact on our body and mind. Sometimes we are so busy that we do not pay attention to the signals such as pain or discomfort. Think of how much time you spend stressing out and how much relaxing. Balance is the key, so make sure you give your body and mind time to relax and calm down. This can only take as little as 5 minutes a day but the benefits will positively surprise you.
